Today is a lucky day! Raw food blogger, marathoner, and all time beautiful lady (and a great friend of mine) Elizabeth, over at Adventures with Veggies, put together a whole day of meals for busy people on the go.  I admitted to her that I forget to eat healthy (or at all) especially on wedding days because I get preoccupied and don't know how to plan portable meals.  SO, she specifically planned foods for a wedding photographer on a wedding day- foods that are healthy and easily transportable! Not only that, but they are gluten-free and vegan!

All the recipes are at the bottom of the post, and check out her blog for more healthy yummies!
